- Strategic planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities within the container logistics landscape, recommending strategic initiatives that position J M Baxi as an industry leader.
- Process Optimization: Evaluate and enhance existing operations, including container management, logistics workflows, and supply chain processes, to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and boost profitability.
- Market & Industry Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research, analyzing trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to inform J M Baxi’s container business strategy.
- Financial Analysis & ROI Assessments: Develop financial models and assess the ROI of potential projects and process changes, presenting actionable insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
- Competition analysis & benchmarking and developing mid to long term plan to achieve bench mark.
- Track trends, benchmarking and developing roadmaps.
- Client management: Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs within the container logistics space, building strong relationships and delivering tailored solutions that align with their business goals.
- Project Management & Implementation: Lead high-impact projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with J M Baxi’s strategic objectives and managing change effectively.
- Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management: Stay updated on relevant shipping regulations and compliance standards, advising J M Baxi on strategies to minimize operational risks and maintain regulatory adherence.
