Job Summary:
The HR Admin Manager will oversee HR operations, including workforce planningand employee life cycle management, while ensuring that HR strategies alignwith the organization's objectives. This role involves managing employeerelations, fostering a positive work culture, and driving initiatives relatedto employee engagement, training, and performance management. The HR AdminManager will collaborate with key stakeholders to implement policies, resolvegrievances, and ensure compliance with HR standards. Additionally, they will beresponsible for admin related tasks as well.

Key Responsibilities:

HR

  • Manage and optimize HR operations, including workforce planning and employee life cycle management, to meet the business objectives and ensure a smooth transition through each phase of employment.
  • Partner with senior leadership and other stakeholders to develop and execute HR policies / tasks that support the business goals, promote growth, and enhance organizational performance.
  • Address employee relations issues, handle grievances, and mediate conflicts to ensure a fair, amicable resolution that maintains a positive work environment.
  • Provide guidance and ensure adherence to HR policies, ensuring that employees understand and comply with the organization's regulations and standards.
  • Identify training and development needs across teams and individuals, creating tailored programs to enhance employee skills and optimize overall performance.
  • Lead the initiation of the Performance Appraisal process, including establishing Key Result Areas (KRAs) and conducting employee evaluations to assess performance, set goals, and provide feedback.
  • Continuously review HR policies, processes, rewards, and recognition schemes.
  • Drive and lead employee engagement initiatives, creating programs and activities that foster a motivated and high-performing workforce. Ensure HR initiatives and programs are executed within the allocated budget.
  • Proficient in statutory compliance requirements concerning Provident Fund (EPFO), Gratuity, and employee health insurance claims. Responsible for maintaining accurate records related to employees.

 Admin

·        Oversee the daily operations of the office toensure a well-organized and efficient working environment.

  • Office Supplies and Inventory Management, Co-ordination with Corporate Travel team for bookings, Office Equipment & Maintenance, Budget & Expense Management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field, MBA (HR).
  • Proven experience in HR management, with a strong focus on operations, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Demonstrated experience in handling complex employee relations issues and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels and effectively collaborate with management.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
